Men's Courses

MensTime is a program for men funded by the Department of Family and Community Services and provides relationship counselling, support and referrals and relevant and practical groups for men.

Programs to Suit Your Needs
MensTime seminars and group programs cover a variety of topics and issues such as: Relationship skills, depression, separation, fathering, emotion regulation, domestic violence, assertiveness skills and coping with stress.

Groups are usually held at our East Perth and Joondalup offices and in the community.

Workplace Seminars
MensTime also provides workplace seminars to organizations on issues affecting men such as balancing work and family, and conflict resolution.
