Men Emerging from Depression Depression affects men from all walks of life from high-ranking officials to the Aussie battler. This five week course is tailored specifically to meet the needs of men in addressing the symptoms of their depression.
At the completion of the Men Emerging from Depression course participants will have: • Explored and defined depression. • Looked at depression and its links with anxiety. • Explored and discussed strategies for managing and relieving depression. • Explored the role of thinking in our reactions. • Discussed and practiced a variety of skills for managing and reducing depression.
